My name is Katrina Graham, Wolf Clan from Moose Cree First Nation in Treaty 9 Territory and an Independent Consultant in Indigenous Health Equity with Heart Work Consulting. I am currently collaborating with the Guelph-Wellington Ontario Health Team (OHT) to advance their Health and Housing and Primary Care initiatives.
We are organizing a Sharing Circle on December 16, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM, at the St. Joseph’s Health Centre Guelph Indigenous Community Space.
This circle will focus on health and housing issues within our community, encouraging the sharing of experiences and collaborative solution-finding.
Who Should Attend?
Members of Guelph-Wellington Urban First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities, along with healthcare and housing providers focused on Indigenous programs, and anyone with lived experience.
