The Guelph Indigenous Community Council (GICC) invites community support to help gather materials for a Grandfather Drum that will serve local events in Guelph and, when welcomed, other invited gatherings. This drum will be under the primary care of a youth steward and used in good ways to support family nights and other community activities.
Contributions toward materials or connections to respected drum makers are warmly appreciated. If there are recommended makers or knowledge-keepers to connect with, please share their information.
